HEB Group
The Power Behind Every Day
Heb Group are your hidden support team, your everyday heroes, working tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that your property is running as smooth as possible.
From the design, installation and maintenance of your major electrical and mechanical systems, the day-to-day management and compliance of your facilities through to specialist cleaning and hygiene regimes. They are right behind you 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Before commissioning LJ, HE Barnes was a business with a prominent Mechanical and Electrical division and a Facilities Management division as well as a recently acquired contract cleaning business called Solutions4Cleaning. With ambitious growth plans for each division and a thirst for future acquisitions, they looked to us to steer them through the challenges ahead.
We cut through internal divisional silos and processes and centred the brand around one cohesive Group structure and their people who make the company tick, every day. We renamed each division around a group structure giving each differentiation with logos and colourways whilst embedding them around a one team, one culture proposition Powered by People with new, unified brand values displayed around each regional office.
Working with the team at Ledgard Jepson on the HEB Group brand and website has been a really positive experience. They quickly understood the unique needs of our business and provided a full service, from setting the brand strategy through to content creation and website build ensuring every aspect was covered. Their creativity, attention to detail, and responsiveness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable and we’re thrilled with the end result.

We rolled out the rebranding across all internal and external touchpoints, including offices, uniforms, vans, policies, signage, and internal communications. We even rebranded a stand at Bramall Lane, the home of Sheffield United, with a 75-meter artwork and pitch-side advertising, which you may spot during televised home games.
